This is via ‘Zoom’ which is an online meeting platform that can be downloaded and accessed on a smart phone, tablet, or computer. Just give Alice a call on 07845706362 and she will be more than happy to help/advise.
Retreats in Daily Life – it is still possible to make a Retreat in Daily Life. Meetings with retreat companions are being offered via various online platforms such as Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, Facetime as well as by telephone. The retreats entail praying privately each day for a period of time, plus regular meetings with a trained prayer companion. They are rooted in the Spiritual Exercises of Ignatius of Loyola – a series of Scripture-based, Christ-centred meditations and contemplations which help us to explore our felt experiences both during and after prayer, so that we can learn how to discern and know God’s action in our lives. For further information please visit the Manresa Link website https://www.manresalink.org.uk. If you would like to make a retreat at this time, please email manresalink@hotmail.com and specify what platform(s) you are able to use.
